This Is the best chicken I have had in a while... Hands down .... If you haven't tried them you need to ... They got that crack chicken lmao they definitely cook with love. I appreciate y'all and the food y'all are providing

So I been anticipating trying this place and I'm was so happy they move to Merrill. So I ordered the wings in shrimp which came with 6 shrimp and 4 drummets for $12. Than for an extra $2 you can get wedges and and soda so all in all it was $16. The food was good but for the price there needs to be more chicken wings 4 drummers wasn't enough for me. I don't mind supporting but I was taken back by the price so I will go when they run a special.

Service was friendly and helpful! The wings were some of the best I’ve ever had and the crack wedges were on point! Will definitely be going back soon!

Neighborhood spot, some of the best sauces and originality. I feel like the chicken could be fresher on the slides but that’s alright. The ribs slapped! Will be coming back routinely. Duval staple!

Wings are my favorite food and i’ve lived in Upstate NY most of my life until recently. Trap House definitively has the best wings in Jax!

I decided on delivery while I waited on my tire to get serviced. I saw THC Trap House Chicken close by and saw some pretty good reviews, so I decided to try the Trap House Crack Wedges with sweet and tangy sauce. I ordered through Yelp and got my food earlier than expected. The wedges looked tasty from all the pictures I saw, but when I got them I realized the meat was fried ribs and not fried chicken. I’m not really a pork eater, so I was a little disappointed that I didn’t pay attention to ask for chicken instead of pork. I just ate around the meat. The wedges were seasoned well and smothered with cheese sauce. The sweet and tangy sauce was just the right balance of sweet to go with the saltiness of the cheese and fries. I would be interested in trying this place again and possibly getting the fries with the fried chicken. It’s definitely a cheat meal for the healthy conscious.

Some of the best fried chicken anywhere. I love hot sauce but using it on their chicken and changing the flavor is almost a crime.

I placed my order online. The food was hot and fresh. I ordered the Sexy Red Wings with Mayport shrimp and wedges. The flavor was good, but for me the wings were too big. I would definitely go back.

These are my favorite wings in Jax! Always hot and fresh, delicious every time. The crack wedges are the bomb as well. THC is the best.

This place was amazing! We made it a point to stop here on our trek home to PA. We were not disappointed! The girl at the counter was a doll and beyond helpful. Food.... absolutely amazing! If you’re in the area do yourself a favor and try it!

The cashier was very nice and helpful when ordering. It was my first time there. The food was made to order and piping hot! I had the naked wings and wedges. The wings were decent. I think I'll order the breaded ones next time though, but they definitely weren't tiny. The wedges were huge!!! Overall I think they were worth another try. I will be going back!

OH MY... if you want some incredible food with awesome service GO TO TRAP HOUSE CHICKEN!!! The ladies cooking and taking orders were so sweet!The fried shrimp is so fresh and cooked to perfection... my husband got the ribs and picked them clean! The bricks... holy cow they are slap yo mamma good!! I can’t wait to go back and try something else!!!
