This place is getting worse by the visit. So sad, it used to be my favorite lunch spot.

If you know good Vietnamese, take a pass on this one. "From the Grill" with rice is GIANT serving of rice, respectable amount of Sysco type generic meat, ONE slice of tomato, ONE slice of cucumber and about a tablespoon of pickled carrots. Ordered 2 Thai teas with dinner, got two plain iced teas so they basically stole $5 from us. Fish sauce was nice.

The light vegetable sauce with beef was super good! Definitely would consider going back, staff seemed nice!

First time trying this place and I was truly taken back with the quality and flavor of their dishes! True authentic Vietnamese cuisine! And to top it all off it’s owner operated—and what sweet and personable owners they are! Wish I’d tried this place sooner—a forever customer!

So here’s the story in this one, the location is great for a nearby lunch or dinner. It’s a tight spot for parking but it’s hidden away. The food is presentable and a good portion size. The fried rice is very very delicious. The egg rolls were crispy and a decent size. I would buy that again if I could the rice I mean. You get a soda can but no fountain drinks. The Pho was also good for a cold rainy day. A bit over priced for Vietnamese food in comparison to other places in SB. Still a good find here nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone new to the area.

You order and pay then a number is issued. This works well with dining in and to go. Banh mi sandwiches and spring rolls are great. Usually crowded during lunch hours.

First time ordering. So I asked a lot of questions. I asked about the chicken on the bahn mi. The lady answered me but changed my pho order to chicken. I called back and she offered an exchange. The order took too long and we only have 30 minutes for lunch. Too many places for this poor of service.

I love this place. Their curry chicken is the best. I think it is F2 on the menu.

Wonton soup with noodles like the real wonton soup is the best.
