Restaurant is very clean and well-decorated. The food is fantastic and beautifully presented. Staff is wonderful.

First you are welcomed with great parking since there is a public lot right next door, in this otherwise busy location. There are a variety of options on the menu covering the basics for Thai food. The Spicy Basil was very tasty with nice aroma and basil taste. Ordered “Thai Spicy” this meal will definitely make its presence known.

Really and truly is my favorite Thai in my area, the food is delicious, I’ve only done takeout so I can’t speak to dining in. I will say though, I don’t appreciate the fact that they just shut the phones off so they go to a busy dial if the restaurant is busy so you can’t call in an order...not the best customer service in myopinion! BUT the food is scrumptious 😋

Good food, good selection, decent prices. Service tends to be a little slow. Avacado eggrolls we're good but could use more substance. Pad Thai was very oily but tasty. I get their "peanut lovers" dish which is consistently amazing.

Absolutely LOVE Thaiphoon Bistro. The same smiling faces are here each time we come. The food is phenomenal. Highly recommend the Masaman Curry and Pad Thai. Best Thai in the area. Comfy atmosphere. Excellent take out service as well if you use Grubhub!

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise while looking for good thai food in Downtown Raleigh. Generous drink specials M-Th, reasonable prices, and great portions. Service was great, and have pretty much a full bar on site as well. Great place to grab a bite!

Great food and amazing ambiance! The food looked just as good as it tasted. Definitely my favorite place to go for authentic Thai food. I was definitely blown away by the food presentation. I had the Pad Sweet and Sour and my husband had the Chicken Noodle Soup. We also had spring rolls that were so good they didn’t make it to the picture. Lol... Friendly service which is ALWAYS a plus! And there’s happy hour Monday through Thursday from 5pm-7pm at the bar counter. You can’t go wrong!

Great food and good service

I understand that restaurants are having to adjust to the influx of large amounts of takeout orders and I do sympathize with this. However, when I place an order on your website portal at 6:30 and it gives me no time estimate, I showed up at 7:10 to be informed that I would have to wait, “10,15,20 minutes” which turned into more like 35 minutes with no communication from the person working. I had to walk back up and ask for him to check on my food once more. He was obviously overwhelmed but this place needs to find a way to set customer expectations so we know how long the wait will be. Order flow needs to be established. Because of how poorly my situation was handled, I will not be back.

Delicious food, nice service
