Good food along with great service...

Decent food, good service. Quick and easy carry-out

Great place for lunch. It is very spicy like other reviews state, but then it is Thai food after all.

Curry pad Thai was acceptable, but nothing special location is a little drafty anywhere you sit with 2 doors

Customer service is awful! Plus, the cooks should be netted (hair) and masked (Covid). The cashiers wear gloves and they also touch cash/cards and then put the lids on YOUR open food. Isn't Covid airborne? Where is the Health Dept? Not very much food for the buck. I think I will stick to the Thai joint on Greenfield, ...they lost me as a customer while standing in line... I don't do nasty well.

Food price slightly on the higher side. Need to ask them to go easy on oil if you feel the food is too greasy

The excellent food and Sarina’s terrific service were marred by the fact that the peanut sauce for the satay (which was bland beyond compare) was missing when I sat down to dinner with my family over a $50+ carry out order. When I called, Sarina apologized profusely but after speaking with her manager told me all she could do would entail me having to leave the dinner table and go back to the restaurant for the sauce! I thought that was not only pretty crummy service but also a lousy attitude. Is one supposed to unpack the order and go through every item to ensure that it is all there??!! Thai Express has my worst wishes. A pox upon them and their’s. I shall not be going there again.

Service was fast and the spring rolls were good but the fried rice was severely lacking flavor and there were no soy sauce packets in my bag to assist😭 better luck next time!

My tahi food was ready within 5 minutes after i ordered it inside. The portion seemed small,by the eyes, but it filled me up completely! Food is excellent,and the shrimp was absolutely tasty. This is def my new thai place now.

They did my order wrong and when I called to complain they were very rude and said there was nothing they can do about that and said I can’t speak to a manager because they are too busy to deal with complaints. That’s pretty messed up seeing as though I frequent this spot once or twice a week on lunch. I won’t be wasting my money there again with that type of customer service.

Unfortunately when I ordered at this establishment my second bite of food had a very long black hair In it. When I called to ask if there was something I could do, about it she suggested bringing the food back…which is fine if I lived around the corner or if gas was cheap. I live 30mins from the place & have other important things to do other than wasting gas to bring back contaminated food. Instead of just discounting my next purchase if I ever returned. But now they never have to worry about my service again, because this is gross.

This place is actually really good! I had been wanting good thai for about a month, but wasn't able to find one with good rice. They don't have hot and sour soup, but the food is great.

Not bad for quick Thai food. I'll definitely try it again.

This restaurant truly sucks... It's disappointing that they have survived this long. Check out better tasting Thai food restaurants in the area such as Bangkok City, Cafe Thai, or Bangkok Express or venture over to Royal Oak for Thai Cafe. The others offer better tasting Thai food, better customer service, and an actual dine in experience... Thai Xpress has survived solely on convenience, a quick/cheap Thai food menu and literally nothing more. The sad part is, they stop taking carry out orders over the phone long before they even close and the call in time varies depending on who answers the phone... Sometimes it's 830 while other times, it's a range between 810 and 820. Go somewhere else! the food isn't that great, the customer service isn't that great, the overall dine in experience or lack there of, isn't that great either. It's just not worth it. I'm hoping they go out of business as more restaurants start to pop up in the area.
