Pad Thai is great! Stopped by for lunch on my way through Minturn. I asked to have it spicy as I dont like to add Siracha, chili paste or crushed pepper after the fact. They didn't disappoint! As expected, the food came out fast and was perfectly spiced. This is my new go to for Thai in Eagle Valley.

This place is my go to here in the valley! I try to venture out and try new places but I end up eating here at least once a week. Authentic Thai food that's delicious EVERY time. And Patty - who owns the place with her husband makes everyone feel so welcomed and at home. You can't help but smile when talking to her.My go to is the drunken noodles w/ chicken. I've also tried the red & green curries, both delicious but do still favor the drunken noodles. Just recently I tried the fresh spring rolls (emphasis on the fresh!) - they were by far the best ones I've had.. light, refreshing and flavorful! Give this place a go.. you'll be hooked :)

What a great surprise. Heard about this opening, and had to try it. Started with chicken skewers and peanut sauce. Big portions, great flavor. Did the massaman curry for dinner. Full of flavor, large portion. Give this place a try, i think you will be pleasantly surprised. The menu is small, but so far everything I tried was great.

Cannot and will not be in Vail without a visit to Thai Kitchen. The food is amazing and the owners are so nice. Seriously, don't miss this place!

Just upgraded my review to 4 stars because the place has improved big-time sine opening. Still not the best Thai food I've ever had... but good variety, lots of different veggies, big servings and good value. Plus special Thai beers!

Small place with great food. If your in Vail, take the trip to Minturn and try this place out.

Really good food at a reasonable price, especially considering the portions. You can easily get 2 meals out of each entrée. Everything I have tried has been excellent and the owners are friendly to boot!

The food is good, portions are just continually too small for the price. Soup always comes out with the bowl half full. To go portions seem to be even smaller

This place was delicious, cozy, clean and the food was perfect. We got the mussels, which came in a light white wine garlicky sauce with toasted bread, the chicken skewers were tender and moist, the pad Thai was great and the special seafood plate came in a metal pot that kept it warm. Get the budda beer too, it's a great light lager.

I love this place!! Affordable, authentic, and fresh food. Locals secret is to get here by 5-5:30 to have the place to yourself. After that, it gets busy since the seating is limited. I go here a few times a month and get the lemongrass soup, spring rolls and red curry with beef. Delicious!
