Horrible, I normally have pad Thai with fish in downtown which is excellent for a fast food place. Was expecting the same. Big mistake. There were hardly any pieces of fish, looks like they ran out. Secondly the taste wasn't good at all, maybe the sauces were missing, or the noodles were not fresh. Also the guy didnt even clean the wok properly. And my stomach is grumbling too. I will have a tough time having it in the downtown too.

The food:Decent, can't say great (I've had better). Four out of five times it was ok. But that one time they kind of manage to screw it, don't know why. Dry old chicken and overcooked noodles, for example. The staff: This is where they fail a bit too much. The lady sometimes tries to give you more than you ordered, not free of course. The price: The food is overpriced. I mean C$15.70 for a General Tao Chicken and a Pepsi is a bit too much.

Good place as far as Thai Express goes. The food was good, for what is, and that is fast food. Some people seem like they are expecting restaurant quality food from these places...The portion was significantly smaller than your usual Thai Express portion, which is a shame, since I have always considered the portion size to be one of the best things about Thai Express.I used to have a hard time finishing a plate, and sometimes leftovers, which is no longer the case. Not sure if this is a general trend for Thai Express, but you definitely get less for your money than you used to.

Don’t go there. They give half portion. Usually when you order to go, the container is full. Today it was 3/4 and the cook looks at me when I made the comment that the portion is small and tells me it’s a normal portion. It’s already expensive to pay 11,60$ for rice noodles. What the hell!

I was in the area and felt like eating fast food Thai. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff was kind and courteous. I ordered an appetizer, dumplings with peanut butter sauce .First off, they weren't cheap with the peanut butter. It covered every single dumpling. The sauce itself had such an amazing amount of flavor in it, not something I've tasted in a long time, and I'm a fan of peanut butter in all shapes and sizes.Mixed with the dumplings, it literally hit the spot. I should've ordered a second round, but alas. Next time I'm in that area, I'll be going back for sure.

Not a good experience. I ordered a Pad Salad with extra rice on the side. Instead, they removed half the salad, and filled half the plate with rice. So I paid the full extra, but I get half the food. If the portions were normal Thaï Express size, it would not have been that bad, but the portions there are half the size I usually get in other franchisees. Then, they forgot to give me the 2 imperial rolls I had ordered. To their defense, they tried to rectify the issues, but it was rush hour, I was hungry, I had already waited 10 minutes to get the food and I didn't want to stall the line for another 10 minutes.

The meals are good and the service is fast but cold, with no smile, and they do not take credit card payments.

Such a horrible place to order from. I placed 2 orders from my work, they mixed up the order but would not own up to their mistake. I wanted refund but they would not. I was a loyal customer but will not re-order ever again.
