My name is Niranya Inkham Roberson, I was an immigrant from Thailand. I am a middle child which meant I did all the cooking, the cleaning and the other services for my family. I took care of my little brother and started making sticky rice when I was 7 and then I learned to cook more difficult dishes with my grandmother. Who is still very healthy but she does not cook anymore. I would like to present real Thai dishes in a way that is both authentic to my Thai heritage, and also exquisitely delicious for anybody who would like to try! I am quite lucky because almost all of my kitchen staff are from Thailand. My head Chef "Mr. Ped" also came from Northern Thailand like me so I know his practices are just as authentic as they were in our home country. Recently, we received very good feedbacks from our customers. So, please let me thank everyone who has granted us such kind and sincere words. It means the world to me and my family! Staff here was very friendly and accommodating to my friend and I since we had to wait quite some time for our food. Super friendly, ladies there crack me up. I've been here before and it is usually much faster, but the kitchen only had one chef (poor dude). Gotta say though he knows what hes doing back there. The food was amazing. Spicy, just the way I like it. If you like lingering spice, but not overpowering, I'd say medium spicy. (I might be a wuss for spicy stuff too though) They have a mighty selection of beer and alcohols. Plum wine is definitely a favorite. The inside is really beautiful and always smells soooooo good. Sanatation is on point. Very neat and tidy inside. 10/10Tip your waitresses, they work so hard. 👸

Good Thai food in Jacksonville is hard to come by especially having tasted authentic Thai food in Thailand- the food at Thai Blossom Bistro is EXCELLENT! Portions are hearty and the price is right. Will be coming back!
