In general I love their food. My regulars are Green Bean Fries, Spinach and Artichoke Dip and Sizzling Chicken And Shrimp.

We had to wait almost an hour for our food and then when it came someone did not get mashed potatoes and onion rings with the sizzeling steak. we will never go back.came in know one there to greet us

Didn't get what I ordered. Coleslaw was nasty. Steak was hard/dry. This was my third time here, but my first time eating here. The first 2 times (yrs ago) my party was seated but after 35 minutes of waiting for our server to take drink orders...we left. I probably would have enjoyed McDonald's big mac better.

Our large group was treated very well. The green bean & pretzel appetizers were delicious. The food choices pleased our crowd including the low carb group. The portions were overly abundant for the seniors.

The staff was very friendly, the service was good. However, the food wasn’t worth it. I ordered the “NEW SIZZLING FRIDAYSâ„¢ SIGNATURE. WHISKEY-GLAZED FLAT IRON STEAKâ€. There was nothing “sizzling†about it. The cheese was glued to the flat iron, and the glaze was way too sweet. It wasn’t busy on a Saturday evening, that probably should’ve been a sign to go somewhere else.

Slowest service I have ever experienced I ordered the steak sizzle platter and a side salad. I waited half an hour before the salad was brought to the table and the meal took an hour. When the meal came it was missing the onion rings and mashed potatoes. My server said she though I didnt want the potatoes or onion rings because I ordered a salad. I wouldn't go back here if the meals were free

My family went for lunch and were well received. Our service was lovely; the food was hot and tasted fresh. We love going because of the family friendly atmosphere. Also the app is nice, as well, as we accumulate points at each visit to use at the next visit.

I walked in with a party of four and was seated almost instantly however the food was hardly enjoyable when we saw a hostile manager escalate a situation near our table. I understand that there can be some bad customers but the attitude and aggressiveness of the staff honesty scared me and my little sister.

Soup came out cold and the waitresses response is to go home and warm it up! Are you kidding me. That’s after the steak was dropped on the floor! I’m not even exaggerating. We had to wait to get forks for 10 minutes to eat our meal, after 10 minutes went to the hostess to get utensils. Horrible service.

Food wasn't the best for my first time, I ordered a burger and it was burnt. My service was very good however I'll definitely give it another shot.

I don't even want to give them one star but it is making me....This location is going down hill real fast, the service tonight was unbelievably horrible. For starters, I ordered a berry drink and was served a peach drink, I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken, it was so salty that I sent it back, they made me pay for it anyway the waitress was so very slow and 20 minutes after ordering a couple of beers I had to go find her and tell her nevermind on those beers just bring the check, we will not be returning to this location ever again.
