TGI Fridays

Jason has made this experience good for me. If it was not for Jason, the rating would be a 1 star. I am sitting at a booth in the bar area and the servers other than Jason walk pass you like you don't exist. Thank you Jason!! I hope you do not have to share your tip.

Our server Nichelle did an excellent job today. She was very fast and friendly with her service. I've never been to this location in particilar but I will come back. I'd recommend asking for her if you want a good dining experience!

I don’t really appreciate having a reservation for just two people, and having several walk-ins seated before me. Super unorganized and under staffed for a Saturday night. Ended up leaving after waiting for 20 minutes after not being seated for our reservation time.

We travel here frequently from Wyoming for business. This is always a popular choice after a long day of work.

Terrible! It has gone downhill over the years. The menu is limited and the service is just awful. In Newark, even early when least crowded...you will wait a long time to be seated, waited on it even served. The food will take long too. I'm not unreasonable. I like taking my time, but I used to live this place. It's just not worth it anymore.

Today's visit was the worst experience at this location. Our waitress was a young lady named Hunter. Her service for our table was horrible. We got there between 3pm and 3:10pm. We were given I'm sorry so many times I lost count. She stood and talked to the table behind us. My.husband's order was put in correctly and my food order was canceled because my salad was never put in. I was told it was an entree. Long story short, the manager on duty just told us sorry. Piss poor service given. First time it happened but last time I visit this location. I'M Sorry

This site is my favorite restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. Whenever I I need a fair meal, this is the place that comes first to my mind. good and diverse food and a rich menu.courteous team, and agreeable mood. And very important, the bill is good. I recommend this restaurant with no doubt.

Great food service a little slow

Let down by the food quality and service at this location every time. Unfortunately last time I went and ordered a "fillet", it came out as a sirloin cut smaller. Then when I asked management, they said that their "fillets" we "not like steak house fillets." When confronted about the price difference, I was told "our older customers come in all the time and enjoy it. They are not bothered by the price." I filed an official complaint, because selling a sirloin as a fillet and then saying that your older customers don't even know the difference. . . Yea, that's a little concerning to me.

Enjoy going to TGI ! Food on the menu is always good. I like Jack Daniels sauce with the Shrimp. It is really good. Only draw back, they do charge extra. Not fair, they didn't use to charge.

Amazing food. Fantastic drinks. Great staff, And awesome environment.
