TGI Fridays

We were really disappointed tonight. We wanted a nice family meal out and when we got here, there wasn't a hostess for over 10 minutes. The line kept growing, with no worker in sight. I finally walked through the restaurant to find a worker to have them find the hostess. He came to the stand and started seating people. It still took a while for a table, even though there was a lot of tables open. It took 40 minutes to be seated and just get our drink order in. They were obviously short staffed and it seems like it's managed horribly. So sad since I used to go here years ago and liked it. It has really gone downhill :(. Our server was nice and did the best she could. So that's why 2 stars instead of 1.

Great experience on a Friday afternoon. I had a punch they made with Angry Orchard that was really good. The whiskey burger was also fantastic. The donut cheesecake was just okay.

Really good food. I really enjoy it. Service was outstanding

mediocre service at best. it took about 10mins after being seated just for our server to come and take drink orders. then the amount of time between each check in just got longer and longer after that. meal took twice as long as it should have.

Good service and decor. Our waiter did go the extra mile for us.

Waited for almost an hour for our food. They messed up my husbands order and it took another 15 minutes to get his food while the rest of us ate. My burger was more than well done. Was charred. Food was good once it got there. They made up for it by giving a free dessert.

Little busy at the time but staff was good at being prompt. Can't go wrong on a burger some other food items were not as expected. But overall good experience.

Steak cooked and seasoned great. Everything was delicious

The happy hour special, for the long island iced teas, was phenomenal.

Nice $5 burger deal, today. Our wait staff was great. The concept is showing its age. There were about 4 tables seated and the rest of the place was completely empty.

Service was great drinks were prepared properly and food was outstanding

Honestly not the best time. Never got a refill, steak was good shrimp, mashed potatoes and broccoli were all super bland. Not my go to TGI Friday's

Half price appetizers is the time to go. Good choices.

I might as well have thrown myself into a pit for 2 months only eating twice every week and it would’ve been better service.

Best restaurant I have been to in years. And if you have the chance Kaylee is an amazing server. If they lose her my wife and I will not eat there again. She made our visit amazing. We have never had service like hers. Highly recommend!!!
