Went there before Musical with family of 4. Nice atmosphere similar to HardRock. Space was very growded. we were seated in nice place right side of the bar. We were in hurry and Sabrina our waitress managed to get our order very quick. Food ( whiskey glaced burger)was a 5 on scale to 6. really nice. 2 days later placed straight next to kitchen. Nice place but a bit cold air. Waiter was bit confused but okay. Food 4 scale to 6 (bones bowl). A bit different to talk because of noise.

Staff service was incredible and the food was fantastic. Five stars. The other reviews complaining about the wait are clearly tourists — every restaurant in New York has an extensive wait, especially the ones near Times Square. I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to dine here again!

Food usual good TGI standard. Service very variable. One night was fantastic, other visits passable - delay for plates to eat food from, no refills on soft drinks offered, wrong meal brought but resolved with no fuss. Vibrant and buzzy

I was there for lunch with my friend. We got two drinks with strawberries (got ID checked). One Parmesan-crusted chicken and one other one I forgot the name. The service was good, our waitress was very friendly. We paid $75 for everything.

Definitely not the best TGI Fridays we’ve ever been. Waited so long to order food, waited so long to get food, toilets are in a very bad condition. But âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ for bartender!

Went to New York for a short break and visited this place on our first night. Thoroughly enjoyed our food and the whole ambience of the restaurant. Returned 3 nights later for the barman to remember what we drank on our first visit and the waitress to remember what we ate. Amazing, thank you Louis and Amanda. Also the manager came out to check if everything was good for us. Also went to Plant Hollywood, was awful.
