Disappointed. Overcooked steak was exchanged however mash n vegetables not resulting in partly cold dish. Salad w reheated(!?) fried chicken... Small standard steak...only 6 oz. Looses in all aspects to most other TGs visited...

Food and service was great. Didnt have to wait long either. I love it when the main course arrives just as you finish your appetizers!😉

Beer and Rage
Went the day after Christmas, and was refused a table, even though the restaurant was half empty. On a busy day like that, you'd think management would properly staff the restaurant. In a world of online ordering, you would think restaurants would operate so that they don't openly turn away paying customers and blatantly lose money.

My waiter was Ariel tonight and she was great ,great Customer Service, friendly and definitely a great asset to this restaurant.

It's a decent place except for when it's income tax time. Because you can't get a table untill tomorrow all the food you like is sold out and it's always crowded.

My experience at this TGI FRIDAYS in Chicago was excellent. I was greeted with open arms. Mary the host was friendly and outgoing. Food is great. Waiters was awesome helped me decide what to eat !!!!!!! The awesomeness came when the host mary and one of the staff helped me get my back from under the counter

I was able to make a reservation online however when I arrived I was told they do not take reservations on weekends. Then I waiting 30 minutes for a table after I had to check in with the host because she had originally said 15-20 minutes. Thankfully at that point my friends and I got seated. Unfortunately we had to wait another 10 minutes for a server to come wait on our table with no water to place on the table. Plus food took about 30 minutes and it wasn't very busy 🤷â€â™€ï¸
