Food was good service was great. Wait was long but it was opening weekend. Staff was phenomenal with my 3 year old who would not stop dancing in the aisles after the line dancing. They stopped and danced with her and tried to teach it to her.

Set my food for pick up this afternoon for 7:00 p.m, but am still waiting almost an hour later for my food. Service is usually awesome when dining in, which is why I am still leaving 3 stars. Hopefully I will have better luck next time.

Very nice dining experience. First time at this new Spokane location. I was surprised at a wait on a Tuesday night but not a long one. Olivia was our server she was really nice and helpful. I usually have the Prime Rib with baked sweet potatoes so why mess with a good thing. I just forgot I like medium rare and said medium. I would suggest checking on their app to see if there is a wait or make a reservation especially on a Friday or Saturday night. I will definitely go back.

I have been waiting for them to open a location here in Spokane! Highly recommend the call ahead service as this place will be packed every day and night they are open. Fantastic service and as every other location the food is on point! Everything was extremely fresh and delicious! As always thanked for coming in and on the way out. Steak is always cooked exactly as I request no matter the location. So happy to see this location open up so close to home makes me feel lucky! We will be back again and again!

The process to get your name in before opening needs a better system. Everyone crowds around the front and even if you are allowed to sit inside to wait, you still aren't considered first on the list. Other than that, seating was fairly quick and the food was out of this world. Our server Nick was amazing! I even got an accidental free tequila shooter in my margarita. Hands down best service and way worth the wait!

Been in twice now and both experiences were good but the second time really sold me. I would highly recommended this restaurant to anyone who hasn’t been. The food was great and the service was even better. I don’t remember the name of the first server we had, but Josephine was our server the second time and I would come back just for her.

This is a great addition to Spokane washington, no need any more to drive down to Idaho to have a good meal. It's well organized its sitting capacity around 300 people or more. You will get your order fast and thank you for the good number of workers there. Plenty of parking lots since this restaurant location within the area of old Costco store and the parking area still available.

I’ve read the other reviews and took them with a grain of salt. Glad I did! We were in and out within an hour with food and drinks. The floor supervisors as well as servers were very attentive! They’ve done considerably well for being so new. Hayden was our server and I give him 5 stars as well! Keep up the good work Texas Roadhouse.

Get there about 30 minutes before they open. Line was long, it was Friday, 3:30. Once doors open, it was very quick to get in. Had our meal, on the way out the line was HUGE! To be expected. The line speaks for itself. YUMMMGood service, Good foods, prices are reasonable!

Food was excellent. I was with a large party so a couple mistakes were made but resolved immediately. The place is crazy busy so I couldn't hold it against them. Our waitress was super nice and did the best she could. I will definitely be back but probably after the newness wears off. I do recommend it for the food. Great stuff.

It's the newest restaurant on Spokane. We've been there numerous times and liked it tremendously...but always sit at the bar (usually avoids the wait time)The bartenders are all friendly, they ask your names and not the one a small bucket (where they put your bill)After a couple visits, they remembered our names and greeted us as we sat down. So far the food has been excellent & we don't expect that to change!So nice to finally have a place we both enjoy & no frustration can with food & servers.

We tried going in February and they were crazy busy, so we decided to wait until the craze died down. I ordered Sirloin w/shrimp and baked potato. My son ordered pork chops, Cesar salad and sweet potato. My boyfriend ordered prime rib, chili and corn. I think the pork chop was the best! The prime rib was beyond perfect. My bf said it was the best he's ever had. My steak was decent, but the shrimp was awesome! We were extremely happy with quality. Only downfall was the chili was cooler than we expected temp wise, but we were there late dinner hours like 830pm.

Our experience was great. They were awesome with my kiddo. Attentive for being SUPER busy. Everyone is nice, welcoming, and the atmosphere is very fun. We will be going back. Steak cooked perfect for my mom and I. And we had 2 different temps.

Ribs were done perfectly, fall of the bone tender, still moist and a nice bark on the outside, steak was cooked to perfect temperature and seasoning was spot on for everything, portions are big, got a side order of steak fries and was 2x the size I have ever got any where else, they use the large baking potatoes not just some little thing. This was by far the best dine out experience I have had in years, only down side is that we couldn't go inside cause of the covid-19 pandemic going on, but will hands down go back again and recommend them to everyone I know.

We were celebrating a birthday & we always go out for dinner but with the current events we decided to do take out. We had been to a Texas Roadhouse twice about 10 years ago in Medford OR & we really like it. So we checked out the reviews & discovered there had been some problems when the take out started. Undeterred we placed an order for four people; 2 full ribs & 2 16 oz. primerib. The service at pick up was flawless & quick, everything was nice & hot & the meals were superb & generous. Great job for the team working so hard at Texas Roadhouse.
