Food was great! Never got our appetizer but manager gave us a coupon for a free one next time. We were celebrating birthdays and the waitress did a great job with that!

A very active place to eat. Food was great! Service was excellent. Our server, Daniel, was kind and attentive.

Texas Roadhouse is a fun place to have a meal. Buckets of peanuts on the table, hot rolls, and an extensive menu make it a good choice. There are many beef/ steak offerings but plenty of other choices. I ordered a half rack of ribs with a loaded sweet potato and salad. My husband ordered kabobs with french fries. Our table mates ordered steak. We all liked our food. Kayla was our server, and she did a good job. She was knowledgeable about the menu and efficient with the flow of the meal.One word of warning:. The restaurant was packed. There was a basketball game on the big screen TV. The noise level was high. This is not the place for a quiet meal with lots of conversation.

Food was great and the place was hoppin' (for a Thursday). My family went to plan a vacation for the summer and our server/trainee spotted that and found a way to be helpful but not interrupt! Great job; great atmosphere! * 🎶 suggestions for my next visit... don't stop "boot scoot boogie", just let it ride!! 🎶😉

I went to this place called Texas road house to try there food so I ordered. The porterhouse steak and ask for it to be cooked medium rare and it was ok but I was really satisfied I also got sweet corn and abaked potato mushrooms and onions it was a ok meal but like I said was not satisfied at all.So do recommend use a little discretion when going to this place.

Have been 4 times since the opening and it has been an excellent experience every single time. I was raised on a 900 acre farm where we raised 600 beef cattle. I know a good steak and they get it spot on. Cannot recommend more highly.

The food was delicious. The service was excellent. We had to wait about 40 minutes but it was a Friday night and we did not k ow about the app where you can reserve your table online and bypass the long wait. Next time we will use the app.

We had the best dining experience! Caitlin( the hostess) was very nice and courteous! Dalton( our waiter) was the best! We never went without refills, very attentive and waited for me to check my steak to assure it was the way I liked it. Our food was delicious! Even though they were very busy, this Texas Roadhouse was one of the most organized and cleanest we have been in. Even the bathroom was well maintained!!

Gone three times. This time the place is pretty empty but we were seated first both next to the toilets. Counted a dozen empty places on the way. That’s just lousy service. First time no peanuts on table. Fixed really quickly. Kid friendly- translation: noisy, lots of screaming kids. Thought the music was a bit loud. Made it hard to have a conversation but I think the noise is part of the allure. A festive place. The first time I got a dirty fork. The second time a dirty knife. Both time corrected quickly but I wonder if anyone looks at the silverware after it comes out of the dishwasher. The first time there was a hair in my wife’s coleslaw, yuck! The second time my steak came out cold.

I am not new to Texas Roadhouse, however this particular restaurant is new to Richmond KY. As such, there was a massive line out front. Wait time was approximately 30 minutes. This will change as this restaurant ceases being the novelty that it is right now.This is a standard steakhouse. Loud, boisterous, Texan. It was packed to the brim. Again new to Richmond. Everyone wants a bite. Or two.Food. I ordered steak, medium well. It came out perfect. Hot and juicy. The rice was aromatic and spicy just the way I like it. The shrimp was perfectly buttered. Cold beer, smiling faces, laughter. It was an awesome experience. Do ask for Linda. Thank me later.
