They go out of their way, not just with the meal. Our son is being deployed tonight. He's in the U.S. Army. I called ahead and got on wait list. He had to be back on base in an hour. The two girls seating folks, after hearing our dilemma, got us in immediately. Then our waitress explained to kitchen and he got his last meal in U.S. for 9 months. Can't thank them all enough. It meant so much to have that last meal together and they all made it possible. When food came, it was extraordinary. The steaks were all cooked right and was so tender. Highly sing the praises of all of the staff.

Great tasting steaks and burgers. Good sides. Sharp waitstaff. Quiet dining, it ain't but fitting for the roadhouse atmosphere. Thumbs up for the fresh rolls and signature peanuts on the table.

Really good food, consistently. Great service, consistently. I suggest arriving by 5:30 PM if you want to avoid waiting to be seated. By 6 PM the place is packed. This is now our favorite restaurant in Fayetteville.

We love coming here! We come once a month, sometimes twice a month! We absolutely love the server Katie! Its rare you rare you find a perfect server! She always keeps our glasses full, table clean and very friendly and tentative even during their busy dinner times. Great atmosphere! Friendly staff! My only complaint is the bathrooms.... they smell pretty bad at times. Perhaps some automatic freshners would help with the urine smell in females bathroom. The food is pretty consistent in taste, cooks are doing an awesome job!

My family have been to Texas Roadhouse Fayetteville NC 2 times this week. The waitresses Dallas and Hannah were the best I have had in a long time at any restaurant. Yes we had issues with the food. But it was handled professionally and politely by servers and management. THANK YOU to all the staff at this location of Texas Roadhouse.

Best meal in a long time! I love this place! Bar staff is super polite. I highly recommend the 16oz sirloin dinner!Round two was just as excellent! Beautiful steak!

So I recently left a 5 star review for this restaurant that I am now retracting because the last time we were at this particular Texas Roadhouse because my steak was undercooked and the waitress took it back and brought it back out cooked properly..... That wasn’t the problem, but the problem was they brought out some complimentary corn in a little bowl.... So I didn’t touch the corn but my wife took it home in her to go box, and the next day she was about to eat her plate and there was a screw in the corn...... We called the restaurant to tell someone but we kept getting put on hold so I eventually hung up...

The server was really great. We went in around 6 on a Friday and it was only an hour wait. The Yelp app was pretty cool that I could track where I was in line. Food was impressive but it was busy so makes sense. I would definitely go back

4 star because the food was amazing. Would rate 5 stars if the service had been better. I had an empty drink cup sitting on the outside of our table for about 10 minutes before I got a refill.

Christmas Eve visit and the place was packed. Even so, our server, Jenn, was very attentive and took good care of us. Our 1st time visiting and we were gives sample sizes of some side dishes to help decide which we'd like. Our drinks were served quickly and the food was well prepared. Kudos to Fayetteville Texas Roadhouse and Jenn especially. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I visited here on a business trip. It was a Friday afternoon. Yelp says this place will be busy early afternoon, I doubt it until I opened the front door I saw there are already about 15 people in front of me. So I ordered a whole rack of BBQ ribs to go. The food was ok, cause the rib was not seasoned enough and they forget to pack to go BBQ sauce in the bag. Over all experience was good.

Service was good, but hate to say that between the4 adults, our steaks were below good. Steaks were not cook to liking, lots of fat and gristle. But again, good service.

Pretty long wait. But it is a Saturday evening. But the food was worth the wait. Steak was medium rare perfect, grilled shrimp was moist and meaty. Going again
