Texas Roadhouse

It's upsetting. I usually have a decent experience with their takeout system there (which is why I didn't give this review a 1 star), but today was the worst. I understand that with all the issues with the virus, that service would be slower, but I waited over an hour in their parking lot (a total of 2 hours from the time I placed my order online), to receive my food, which was cold. I mean the drippings of my steak congealed and the gravy that was poured in with the mashed potatoes was so cold that I could tilt the potatoes beyond 45 degrees and it would remain in its place (any more solid and I could have done the Dairy Queen Blizzard turn over). Not planning on doing that again.
