Was told hour and 15 min wait 2 hours later said there was still 13 people in front of us even tho the people that checked in after us where being seated

Good meal. Steak was a little under cooked but they got it right in no time at all. Definitely was a busy night due to Mew Years Eve.

The wait was around 30 minutes. Not to bad considering we were there around 12:30. Our party of 3 was called a little after 1pm and then she told us it would be another 5 minutes, they were cleaning the table. No problem. Our server came and got us and seated us and it was on from there, in a good way. She was extremely nice and helpful and always had a smile on her face. We were there on a Sunday which was still really busy when we left around 3pm. We took our time. I would have rated a 5 star but they didn't serve prime rib until after 4pm even on Sunday. So that was a little disappointing. Other than that what we did order was very good and tasty. Our server was great. We will go back again but it will be after 4pm.

Had a great time tonight at Roadhouse! It was pretty packed but we had great service and food. Everything came out hot and cooked perfectly. The steak wasn't 'knock your socks off' but still was delicious. Over all, it was a great experience and we will be back!

Great experience here today, it was busy yes, but the wait was not extreme. Our server Jenna was super good. Very attentive and on the ball. The food was excellent. I had the smothered portabello chicken. It was tender and juicy. The sauce on it was superb. One of the best dinners I have had eating out in quiet a while.

I am Retired Air Force and Texas Roadhouse treated me to a wonderful meal. My steak was tender and the veggies were cooked just right. My husband had the road kill. So good! Everyone was so friendly. I could not find anything negative! Will be back often!

The place was packed and yet we were still seated quickly. Waitstaff was attentive without hovering. The food was exceptional!

Food was PHENOMENAL!! We told the host and the FOH manager it was our first time visiting and told her all about how I had worked for Copper River for years. She made sure we were taken exceptional care of by our main server and also the server in the section next to hers which gave us a pampered experience! Will DEFINITELY be returning!

This is our favorite steak place in spartanburg we go at least monthly. Service and food consistently good. Steaks are usually always cooked to order

Always going here with friends and family for good drinks and great steak. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait and peanut shells are usually everywhere but besides that I can’t complain. It’s the cost of a popular steak house lol. It’s also never boring because they like to sing and dance everywhere while music is playing, it can be aggravating but I’m sure the kids will love it.
