I'll start this post with identifying that i love Texas roadhouse (posted great reviews for other locations) so it pains me to be brutally honest. The service was great and the food tasted good however my steak was possibly the worst cut and trimmed ribeye I've been served at Texas roadhouse. I ordered a 12 oz steak and probably was only about 7 to 8 oz of edible steak. The remainder was fast and grizzle that even the store manager agreed was extremely excessive. I truly hope you have a better experience than i did.

The NY Strip was thoroughly seasoned or marinated and extremely good. The cut and trim was spot on with only two small pieces that were inedible. The meat was fork tender. The appearance really catered to the "you eat with your eyes" aspect, with the perfect crosshatch grill marks. The baked potato was perfection encrusted with salt. Not over or under baked. The bread was savory and fresh. There isn't a salad bar but the prepared salad was very satisfying.

My new favorite steak house. The steak and ribs are great. The service was also great. Only bad thing about it is it is kinda small and the wait to get a table. But it's well worth the wait or go early.

I love coming to Texas Roadhouse. Its proly is one of my all time.favorite resturants. You can bring the whole family in for a nice meal or go on a date here. The atmosphere is casual along with the dress attire. The food is always great and comes to the table hot and yummy.

Love their food and service. Their steaks have great seasoning, cooked to perfection, and served fresh and hot. Great salads as well. Also, if you love shrimp, and want an appetizer, try their Wild West Shrimp. You will come back for more. ðŸ˜

Used to be great but they have a new meat supplier. Regardless of how it is cooked, the quality of meat dictates the quality of the meal. I’m no longer impressed and will not return unfortunately.

Hands down best restaurant in tri-cities area. They have the seating where if you're wanting kind of quite, sort of private it'll be upper level around that Hal is circles the dinning area if you wanta be in middle of the action the bar is the place to sit . They always have a game on there are TV s set to where no matter where u sit your eye will catch one of them. The best part ,the food and the staff these people are friendly courteous and very good at making sure your food and experience is the best you've ever had and in a timely manner

Place was packed after Lions humped Camels by a fieldgoal. Food good staff friendly and helpful. They do need to improve parking for horses and draft beer for them to drink

Food was incredible. Had very many questions about the drinks and she was able to answer all for me and recommend a drink that was absolutely amazing ðŸ˜ðŸ‘Œ. Steak was cooked to perfection!

We had the BEST experience on New Years Eve in Florence! Brandi took care of all of our needs & was a top notch waitress! We (party of 4) had steaks & they were all cook perfectly! Everything was fabulous. I highly recommend asking for Brandi to wait on you for your visit bc we will be EVERY SINGLE TIME!
