First the reason for leaving this review: the servers were wearing t-shirts that say "we love our troops" but they do not offer a military discount! Just seemed very wrong.The food was good, service was good, we had a dirty napkin but it was replaced quickly.

I ordered three steaks two of them are supposed to be rare and one of them is supposed to be medium all was overdone. When I called I talk to a manager he gave me an email address and told me to send the pictures but the email address was incorrect. I still have the three pictures if you would like me to send them to you.

Not sure why this place gets rated so high other than the fantastic servers this place has. I continue to go back to this place because some family members enjoy it and I always hope to get better food than the time before but am always disappointed. They have yet to be able to cook a steak medium rare and get it right. The last time I was there they cooked it rare and when I sent it back they simply recooked the original steak so it came out tough as nails. It's steak at a steak place.....shouldn't be that difficult.

They are not quite up to par yet. Check in and wait for your table in the parking lot. Sat us quickly and took our drink and appetizer order. Brought drinks and took order, 2 salads. Appetizer arrived (fried pickles) slightly undercooked (soggy). 90 minutes later we got our salads. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and my wife ordered a caesar salad with a beef fillet topping as she is allergic to eggs. What was brought out was the fillet salad, complete with bacon and eggs, on romaine lettuce. Not acceptable. The shift manager came to the table to apologize and explain that the server placed the order correctly but the cook changed the order. Not happy campers, we.

Food is good. Servers are always doing their best. But if you are not a regular, you will be skipped over for seats when they finally open up. I watched it happen to a group that was there before me, and then it happened to my group. If you don't care that your "15 min wait" can become 35 mins, then you should be fine. But if you don't like that.... better know the hostess or find a new spot.

Very nice food and starters and extremely friendly and energetic service. The order came in fast. And the price was normal for the quantity and quality of food. I had a fried onion for starter and chicken with herbs. For the drinkers...margaritas in this place are awesome, you need to try at least once. Plus they offer you sweat bread with aromatic butter and peanuts by the time you sit at the table.

Always a great time! Had a new waiter got ignored the first time but second waiter was great.

My daughter and I had a wonderful late lunch here. We each got our favorite chicken critter salad, hot rolls, and iced tea. We sat at a booth in the bar area and saw 6 TV screens on different games. The sound was muted on all which made it easier to talk. Our waitress was efficient and friendly. The food was excellent (especially the bleu cheese dressing!). Lived around here a few years back and ate here all of the time. The food was always perfect and the staff was always great!

Best steak in town. This place always seems packed but they get you seated pretty quickly. The staff is quick to bring you free, freshly baked rolls with that delicious butter. It is a normal steakhouse good for a private dinner, groups, families, or whatever. The dance they make the waitresses do every now and then was weird. Reminds me of the 90's.

Well first off you get unlimited peanuts and rolls with honey butter... Second they are the best steak house in Sierra Vista. Lastly, their servers were unbelievably welcoming and tended to our ever need to include knowing when to keep some distance while we were eating and enjoying the atmosphere and the company of friends.

Placed an order for pickup at 5:30, arrived at 5:15, didn't expect the food to be out early or anything, and i'm cool with waiting a bit extra because I understand things happen and whatnot, I didn't get my food until 5:50, nobody let me know what was going on, nobody talked to me, and when I finally had my food brought out to me, neither mentioned a reason as to why i had to wait 20 minutes extra for my food, or said sorry. I was tempted to pull up to the front and check to see if my order even got placed, kinda ridiculous.

This Texas Roadhouse is always a great place to go to for dinner. Called a order in today. I wasn't sure how it would be, because I've never done it before. I was not disappointed. The food and service was great. The manager went out of his way to make sure we were happy and the server that brought out our food was very nice. EVEN THOUGH NO ONE CAN DINE-IN AT THIS TIME. IT'S STILL A GREAT PLACE. The set up to pick-up is easy.

Placed an order for pickup, still waiting here 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. I called and was told “well we’re busy so it’s going to be longer,” no apology or anything. Awful service, no respect for customers or their time, don’t bother ordering to-go from here ever.

Great staff. Service was quick although it was really busy. Food was cooked the way it was asked for. Great atmosphere and was fun watching staff members dance.
