Lily was a great waitress joked around with us and great service food was delicious

Waiters and waitresses are always polite and the food comes out perfect every time. I love this place!

As always the atmosphere and food was great! Our waitress was new and did a fine job. I ordered a house salad, Dallas cut steak, and broccoli which was all delicious! I highly recommond.

Great food and great service

It was very busy already at 430pm so we sat at the bar. Aaron was very friendly and attentive. My husband ordered the catfish and I the 10oz sirloin with shrimp. The reason for less than perfect was because the ladies room was not clean and one toilet was blocked and almost overflowing. My steak was good, but cooked more than I requested. I did not send it back. I love Texas Roadhouse and will continue to visit my home here in Muncie and when I go back home to visit family in Joliet and Naperville Illinois.

Husband and I went to the Texas Roadhouse because I received a gift card. We used the call ahead seating. Was told we would be seated upon our arrival. We arrived and checked in. We waited and waited to be seated. Almost 20 minutes. It was almost 10 minutes before the waiter came to the table. I ordered a rib eye steak medium rare. Waited for about 20 minutes for our meal. I did something I rarely do, I sent my steak back. It was medium well and so dry it was awful. It didn't even look like a rib eye. More like a strip steak. It took about 10 minutes to get my steak. The second steak was definitely a rib eye, but was more medium than medium rare. I accepted it even though it still wasn't right. The waiter told us there was over a dozen steaks returned because they were mistakes. This Texas Roadhouse use to be so good but has really gone downhill. The store manager never visited our table like they use to. So disappointed in our dining experience.

Been going to this location for 20 years. Wife and I had out first date here. Never really had a bad experience. Food always great, servers have always done a fine job. Now all my children love it here .. can't wait for the new restaurant to be completed. Just wish I could have something from the old restaurant for a keepsake before it was demolished. So many great memories!

We come here often, at least once a week. It's always packed, but I think the longest we've waited was 15 min. Most of the time it's 5 minutes or less. Servers are always on top of things and the food is great.

Texas Roadhouse is a great date night place for lunch or dinner. Reasonably priced and always has great food.

Everyone is nice and friendly. Make u feel welcome. We went again later this afternoon I had my usual portobello mushroom chicken, loaded baked potato and green beans! Went for my birthday. As always was fabulous. The chicken was moist the baked potato was fluffy and green beans are the best of the best!

Enjoyed dinner very much. Noah was a terrific server, friendly and very attentive. Everything was as we ordered...I always order something special. Everything was as we ordered it. Great job, we'll be back!!!

Delicious food and great service!! We went on Fathers day and truly had a great time! The rolls are just the freaking best!!! Our steaks were cooked perfectly! Our waitress was working a double and we were there til just before closing. She was still super fast and friendly! So great job to the cooks and our awesome waitress!!

Fair food/price choice. Very 'murican. Get a kicker in your drink if you can, those are great. Great service every time.
