Great food even on busy night our waitress Cheyenne kept up on our refills and checking on us multiple times during are meal.We definitely will be back and looking to sit in her section again

Adapting to a pandemic can be difficult. However, when the overall service leaves a lot to be desired, criticism is due even in a pandemic. The ribs of my order were burned and I was not given any utensils nor napkins to utilize. This is usually not the case, but it is important to remember events like these so that the team can always provide the best service.

I love this Place! The free peanuts (which You get to just throw the shells on the floor! My 3yo Son absolutely loved that part haha). I always pick My own Steak. It's more personal, and You know exactly what You are getting! Awesome waitstaff, at least all of the 1s that I've had take care of My table. Always reccomend it

I have heard my bartender hit all of the "steps of service" this evening. I am not a "secret shopper", but I am a previous employee/bar manager for this company. I personally validated many new members of the company's bar team. That being said, my bartender is doing it ALL. She maintained a casual approach while keeping the drinks and dining experience on point, hitting the company advertising points, and being a personal and attentive tender. Valerie is the right mix of personal and noninvasive.

Definitely my favorite place to eat! Awesome burgers and fries and you can't beat the $5 L.I.T that they serve. They do get busy on the weekends so I usually go during the week.

We stopped after shopping for a very nice meal. Hadn’t been to a Texas Roadhouse in years but I’d definitely come back. Sunday afternoon at 3:30pm and there was a 10 minute wait- place was packed! It was Valentine’s Day weekend so that probably had something to do with it. Service was very attentive. Beer was cold and the rolls were hot and fresh. Mild boneless wings had really good flavor.

Food was good as usual. I had the chicken and steak meal and it was cooked to my request. Only gave it a 3 star because the steak portion was quite small. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Food is so delicious and cooked to your preferred preference. The decor is appealing and staff super happy. Dancing in the aisle 3 times while there! Love it!

I usually get the ribeye steak, but this time I got he prime rib and it was D-licious!!

Asked for porerthouse Pittsburgh rare... Came out perfectly and was awesome! Great steak for a very reasonable price 👍 good service as well!!!

My family went out for dinner to celebrate my partner's birthday. He said that his steak was perfect and that he didn't even need to use any sauce on it. My sandwich was good, but I couldn't finish it after having eaten too many rolls and peanuts before it got to the table - oops! My 6yo daughter thought the steak bites were "yummy" and her twin brother ate every single macaroni in the dish.The waitress went the extra mile when my son was upset that his sister grabbed a roll from the basket and brought him his very own roll basket - all was then well in the world. Thanks

Seriously the most pleasurable experience We have ever had in a chain restaurant. We did call ahead seating but did not need it. You can call and wait but you would miss out on the greatest experience of enjoying a perfectly prepared steak at the best seat in the house at the bar. Alyssa, Valarie, Izzy, and Cheyenne were the most attentive of any server we have ever had. They suggested the perfect drinks. It was an incredible experience. We could not have asked for more. Thank you all for a dinner to remember.

I got the 20 oz bone-in ribeye...medium-rare. The steak was cooked perfectly, and it was delicious and so juicy!The atmosphere was pleasant, with country music playing (not too loudly). Dining area and restroom were very clean. Service was exceptional! Shout out to our server, Tracy. She was super friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable about the best way to have my steak cooked. She provided amazing customer service!Over all a great experience. I will DEFINATELY be back!

The place was packed when we were here, but we still had awesome service and great food. We admittedly took a long time to get ready to order but our server, Aimee, was very patient and didn't put pressure on us. She just checked back until we were ready, then took our order. She took excellent care of us, stopping by regularly to see if we needed anything. Thanks, Aimee, for your terrific service! My steak was cooked to perfection, as well.
