Fabulous food and service!!! So happy to have done in restaurants open again!!!

Just stopped for their 4 meal family deal. Steaks were supposed to be medium, they're all WELL DONE!, deal wad supposed to be $35. Paid $46.99 plus tip. Then got home to find out they didn't even bother to double check the order and forgot one of my sides. When i called tp Get a refund on the one side they missed they put me on hold till i hung up. Horrible service, food overcooked and they le on advertisement to get you in and rip you off.

The food was great I called ahead to be on the wait list and the line was still long. When I checked in the hostess was not very friendly, and was upset that I didn't have my confirmation number. However she looked up my name and found it still. We waited for about 5mins before being seated which was nice. Just wish the hostess would have been more helpful, it seemed as though she was upset with me for not have the confirmation number. She did not tell me how to look it up or where to get it for next time.

Always a great meal here no matter what you get! The steaks are cooked to perfection, you gotta try the jalapeno popper bites so yummy!!

I have never had a bad experience. My wife and I had our 10 year anniversary tonight and decided to go to the Texas Roadhouse. She got chicken while I got a steak. Our food was fresh, delicious, and cooked exactly how we like. The waiter came around often and was friendly.

Its good food. Erin is the best. Whenever you go there ask for her. Great service.

The place was beyond packed but the service and food quality was superb! I definitely recommend dining at this location. Calling ahead for a waiting list number is a good idea for the weekend.

Take out for Family of 7 during covid-19. Placed order online for pickup. Yummy, yummy, yummy! Each meal prepared as requested. Salads, dressing on side,perfect, Not one special detail missed. Ribs fell off the bone, not over cooked and very tasty. Try the loaded baked potatoes if you have never tasted, you won’t be sorry. Several sides included in our Family Order,ie: fried dill pickles just one that the kids loved. All in all our Texas Road House dinner hit all of the bases. Only problem I still had to do dinner dishes, boo hoo. Thank you for excellent service, well prepared food and fixing Public everything with safety in mind !Our Nampa , Idaho Texas Road House on Caldwell Blvd is the place to go for Good pricing, well prepped food, large menu selection .AND your BONUS IS EXCELLENT SERVICE. They do a great job training these kids out here. Great food and the staff is outstanding. I'm always happy with this location.

The him plays work all pleasant. Made me feel welcome and enjoyed the place. It is pretty dark at night. Adds to the atmosphere. The steak melted in my mouth. Was very good meal. Would run highly recommend if you like steaks and a good atmosphere with pleasant people. Tracker

We had a party of 8 and went on a Wednesday night for a birthday. We got there approximately 6 pm. They told us the wait was going to be about 20 min but turned out to be 40 min. The place was a little busy. We ordered our food but our order did not arrive for almost 45 minutes and when it did, many of the sides were missing on our orders. The server did a good job trying to keep up. I ordered the 10 oz rib-eye with the ribs with a side of chili. The chili was barely warm. The steak was great but the ribs were tender but super dry. We got full on bread, peanuts and pop before we got our meal. We had been there a few months ago and that experience was good but this time it was not. I also downloaded the app to get the free appetizer. I told the server about it but it was not taken off the bill. I didn’t bother telling her about it and we just paid our bill and left. Not sure I want to go back.

So flippen good..a tad scattered with the service.. but the new "norm" might be to blame.. other then that... great

Always great food and awesome servers. We used the check in function on their website and had no wait time. Love their margaritas

Currently have been sitting in their parking lot for the last hour and a half it's almost 7:00 and my food was going to be ready at 5:20 I asked one of the people running around what is going on and they said it's a mess inside. Do not try and get food here for your family for dinner I already had paid this is a joke!!!!!
