Will never step foot in the one off 470 and Kencaryl can’t get takeout orders right and if you call they make you feel like it’s your fault. Lost all of our business meeting lunches in the future and never bringing the family in.

This was our first visit to a Texas Roadhouse, and let me tell you, not disappointed. We were greeted right away with a good attitude. Although the parking lot being nervously packed, we were sat at a table within moments. Seconds later our watress gave us the complete rundown and took our drink order while we looked over our menu. A few minutes later we were greeted by the manager with a micro sampler platter of common sides to try. The Potato soup is great BTW. We ordered, drinks came quick and food was up in a very reasonable amount of time.Between drinks, food and empty plates polished off... We had several people touch our table throughout our time here. Every staff member stopped with a great attitude, and attentive yet non-intrusive manner. Food was cooked literally perfectly, from the meat temp to the veggies.Alonge with our watress and the manager touching not only our table, but seriously every one of the others around us, we'll be definately back. Awesome experience.

When my food came out I realised I had made a mistake on my side order. They were so wonderful to give me the item I meant to order no questions asked. Made my meal complete. Thank you!
