This place does not take reservations, but call and put yourself on their wait list when you are on your way, will save time when you get there. Very good food, large portions, good price, great service. I had the pork chops, tender and great flavor, waaaay more than I could eat in one sitting. Crowded, pretty noisy so not a quiet date place. Easy to find off of I17. We left at 8:30, there was still a line outside. Lots of people know this is a good place to eat. Join them!

By far my favorite steakhouse! Their steak rub is SO delicious. They always cook my medium rare steak to perfection. It's like and orgasm in my mouth! Highly recommend. Worth the wait when they are busy, and you can always call ahead. The beer is always ICE cold as well. ❤🍺

My meat was beyond raw I asked for Rare, my husband asked for Rare also and his was like a medium. The loaded potato was undercooked. The fried pickles were salty as all hell. Don't plan on coming back here. How does a steakhouse not know how to cook steak. I think all the have goin got themselves is the bread and butter

I had this problem at another one

Werid. I've never gotten a bad order from there or anywhere that wasn't replaced if "wrong order" you had some bad luck or something

Love this place. Always great food. Never had bad service.

Most places do it during lunch hours only and there's usually a special menu. Other people in your party who aren't Vets, pay full price. Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden,Applebees,Dennys....just to name a few.

Sounds like you had either really bad server that wasn't taking the order properly and probably took so long to redo it because the restaurant was probably busy so that's just poor service on their part

The first Texas Roadhouse was in Clarksville, Indiana so I doubt that it's "Texas Certified". Don't let that stop you from enjoying the Texas inspired atmosphere with country music playing and servers that put a line dance show on during your meal and usually like to include the little kids who are dining to come join. It's a fun place with free all you can eat great tasting peanuts and fresh baked bread/rolls with cinnamon butter. For a "chain restaurant" is about as "Texas Walker" as you'll find. Rustler's Roost (Tempe/Phoenix area) would a little more "authentic". Harold's Corral or the Buffalo Chip Saloon and Steakhouse in Cave Creek would also be choices. Lastly, the Roadrunner Saloon in New River (just north of Anthem) is pretty cowboy authentic.

Depends on what you order average about $40
