Texas Roadhouse

We had a party of six on a Friday night during the prime evening hour. We were seated within 20 minutes. Our waiter, Donovan, couldn't have done anything more to make our visit more enjoyable. He was awesome, and he is a real asset to their establishment. The food was on point, and we had a wonder experience. Ask for Donovan's section, because if we go back, were from out of town, we sure will!

Went with my family. We all ordered steak. They were all cooked more on the rare side of whatever we ordered. We had really good service for how busy they were.

The food was delicious! It was very busy, and our waitress worked her butt off to keep everyone happy! Love this place!

Excellent experience. I had the Salmon, while my wife had the kabobs. Both were out of the park home runs. I would only say that their steak fries need some improvement, in my opinion.

Over crowed, took forever for drinks and food to get to us! Steak was 3/4 fat. And cactus blossom disappointing!!

The staff was very attentive and I give my server five stars. We were there for my grandnephew's birthday and he got to sit on the saddle. They sang to him. He absolutely loved it.You want to call ahead to see if it is available. Next best is the bone-in ribeye. Before 6PM they have smaller portions at a reduced cost. Their soda drinks are always perfect. Everything always seems perfect. Staff very friendly.

Very sad visit today. One star is the best I can do since the service was poor and the order was messed up. Hubby ordered a steak & chicken, no seasoning well done with coffee, which was cold. I ordered a steak medium rare smothered in onions & mushrooms. Orders were delivered both smothered in onions & mushrooms and his was medium rare, mine well done. He's allergic to mushrooms! Manager comes out and says she'll take it back to scrape off the onions and mushrooms and switch the steaks. Then she says she'll give us a discount since we couldn't wait for them to remake his order. She only took off the cost of the steak, which we didn't get anyways!! We were still charged for the chicken and 2 sides! $34.00 for an 8 ounce sirloin with 2 sides and grilled chicken with 2 sides! Please tell me where the discount was!! Not happy at all and it will be a long time before we go back, IF WE DO! Get it together Texas Roadhouse you're not going to keep loyal customers with service like this!

Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite restaurants to go to because of their food. I get the steak kabobs EVERY time. They have a really good salad and the best thousand island for a restaurant. Their rolls are always moist, warm, and absolutely AMAZING!

I love the food but I don’t appreciate being lied to. We called ahead for a large party of 9 for 6:30, we were told we would be sat together. I understand that a 6:30 reservation doesn’t necessarily mean we will be seated at 6:30 but we didn’t get seated until well after 7 and the party was split between two booths. After asking again for seating arrangements that put our group together we were then told that they don’t have a table large enough. Which one is correct? Do you or don’t you have a table that can accommodate 9? Should have just went to outback steak house!Oh almost forgot, the silverware I was given looked like it haven’t been washed between uses, absolutely disgusting.

Such a great place to go with friends and family hands down some of the best service I’ve ever had! Love going out to just get some burgers with the boys! Up most respect for who ever is in charge of this place keep up the good work!

Normally, I love this place. Today, I do not know where to start. My steak was a median rare, and they gave me a completely red stake. I said it was not right. They took it back and gave me another one. It still was not right. The rest of my family correctly cooked stakes. After we ate, it made us feel sick.

Pretty good. Really crowded. I got the smokehouse burger. It was pretty good. Waiter was great. Good place overall

My FIRST time there. Walked over, my meal was 15 minutes late and No salad! I called immediately also e mailed I Still have not received my salad. Bad service for my first visit!

A long time favorite chain restaurant of mine, this location does not disappoint. Quality service, fantastic food. My go-to is a sirloin steak (medium rare) with a loaded baked potato (and some broccoli). They quality check their food and service, usually with your waiter making sure a steak is done how you wanted it, and often including a manager asking how things are once per visit. I have also tried and liked: the ribs, the prime rib, chili, shrimp (was a little salty though that day), sweet potato, and a few other things. I can also speak from experience that they have a good kids menu. The rolls and cinnamon butter are heavenly, and the peanuts are tasty. Will gladly go back any time I can.

Our server tonight was perfect. I try so hard to teach employees to serve like she did. I'm seriously wanting to apply here after watching this place run the way it did. Of course, all of our food was delicious, steaks were flavorful, fried pickles 😍 and the broccoli is always fresh. I never have a complaint at this place!! This is the way a restaurant should be. From service to cleanliness to quality.
