The waitress was very helpful and professional. She knew the menu back and forth and gave excellent recommendations. I had the cowboy steak and it was amazing! My wife had the chicken and she said it was delicious. I Love that place!

Had a sirloin steak cooked the way I wanted, Caesar salad was great and the cinnamon butter with the buns was amazing too

Walked into restaurant and someone was hanging lights and didnt really seem to even care we walked in. Waited for a few minites to get seated and there was no one in the restaurant at the time. The service from the server was great. But the ribs i ordered were absolutely disgusting. They were cold and had a strange vinegar based bbq sauce that was served in the side not on the ribs. I ordered the mesquite shrimp instead of fried shrimp and it was lacking any flavor. I will not be back. The only i ate that was decent was the bread the give you. I will not be back!!

Food was fresh, hot, and pretty good. Our waitress who's name I'm unable to remember was nice and professional. I haven't been in years last time we were there the food and service and horrible. I had the fried perch the batter was delicious. I didn't not enjoy my blooming onion. My niece had a steak.

Our server was great! I believe her name was Liz! Update 5/21/2021:this review is for I went earlier this week. I’ve been to this restaurant 3 times the last couple months. Not long wait times. I believe I had a different server each time and they were all good! Portions on the country fried chicken is crazy.

The food was great. A great place to have my BFF Birthday dinner today. This was a great dinner. We were a party of 11. To finish the night I will spend the night at her house as I have had a drink and feel it better to stay the night and not risk driving home the least bit buzzed.

Kaila is an awesome Bartender. She’s the best in Northwest Indiana. Also food and beverages are great. Very family friendly place to eat.

Our waitress apparently had had enough..and she let it show. We Were her only table and she let us sit, waiting to order while she chatted some men up at the bar. She was almost rude when I had a question. Bad server? Bad day? Hard to say...but I was NOT impressed in least. I am truly sorry to say that she didnt get better..and she...made it awful.

We had a family dinner and chose Texas Corral for the availability as other restaurants were busy with long waits. There is a reason Texas Corral isn't busy and it is mediocre service with less than exceptional food. Next time I will plan better and will set a reservation in advance somewhere else.

The full slab of ribs were not good at all! Then when I got the receipt, it only had the total price, didn't show the price of the meal or tax!! There was a sign as I walked in, saying 15% gratuity of a party of 6 or more, I'm a firm believer in giving tips, but this is ridiculous, for over $31!! The whole meal was over $31, for a full slab of ribs, for over $31, it should have tasted delicious, it wasn't even close for the money I paid for!! Texas Road House is $19.99 for a full slab of ribs with sides, Wagner's Ribs for a full slab of ribs $19.00 with sides, and they both taste delicious!! I went online to see how much is a full slab of ribs at Texas Corral, it only shows the image of food, no prices for ribs!! I don't know if I was charged gratuity, eventhough it was a takeout!! What a rip off!! I will never ever, ever go there again!! 😡😡😡😡😡

1st Timers and 1st Impressions are everything!! The server was on her game, the food was perfect and delicious and the place was clean and inviting. Everything was enjoyable and we will be back for sure.

One of my favorite places to eat but not so much anymore. Everytime I place Doordash orders and receive my food it's just awful. The past few times I've received uncooked dinner rolls, no condiments, or something left out of my order. When I call it's never a manager for me to talk to or I'm just left on hold until I hang up. The service has changed and not for the better.

First time visiting this establishment, and it was exactly what I expected. Nice place for a cheap bite. The staff and servers were inviting and friendly. Took care of all our needs. The food is not 5-star worthy but is not bad either. I got a burger for my main course and potato skins for an appetizer and they were very good. I would definitely revisit this location.

Quick seat. Very friendly and accommodating. I have a 5 month old and many restaurants aren't as friendly. The food was good as was the service. Highly recommend.
