Needs more directions / signs. I get loss here. And the people in the train doesn't give seat to older people and children. Honestly it's below my expectations. Older people is nicer, they give up their seats for my child and I (twice).Tips: follow Google map for directions, platform, and train departure time. Very accurate.

Don’t use Google for getting around Japan. It’s a good starting point, but notA clue how the system works or what trains to take. Ends up costing you more. Ask the personnel before you buy tickets. So far google 1/10 on routes... :/
