I'm not sure about bus. I will recommend train. The train from New Chitose Airport takes you to Sapporo station. From there, change to Namboku Line and ride 3 stops to Nakajima Koen station. The hotel has a side entrance which is right beside Exit 3. The main entrance/driveway is beside Exit 1

Recently, I stayed at this hotel several times recently, but since I am a young person who carries luggage in the room and guides me, I do not remember being directly serviced by the room manager. What is the least attitude at the front desk? I like this hotel.
