We adored this restaurant! The food was amazing, great portion sizes. My girlfriend and I shared the udon shrimp noodles and pancake thing which was plenty of food, unlike some other places we visited. The company was also great! The owner was a whiz at google translate and kind enough to carry on a conversation with us throughout dinner. Furthermore, the owners noted places we should visit while in Kyoto. Overall, good food and great people. Would have loved to enjoy it a second time! Highly recommend!

Great place. Owners are super nice and very hospitable. Okonomiyaki was awesome. Highly recommend! Off the beaten path but you get great service.
