Ten is a progressive Canadian restaurant in the Brockton Village neighbourhood of Toronto. Chef Julian Bentivegna offers a vegetable-forward, multi-course tasting menu to ten guests seated at the Chef's Counter. We absolutely loved dinner here. We had the 10 course tasting menu with the wine pairings. Each course was delicious and the wines complemented the food perfectly. The peas with white chocolate foam was the favourite until the mushrooms blew it out of the water. Chef Julian truly outdid himself, and we enjoyed hearing about his cooking philosophy and how the restaurant allows him to realize this. A spectacular evening.
