There's a shuttle bus service desk at Singapore airport. Just go there and they will arrange it for you. They've got buses picking people up from the airport and dropping them off to different hotels. The easiest way is to just get a cab, it's inexpensive around Singapore

You can pay by credit card. They will block some amount at the time of checkin like 1000$..

Around 7-8 kilometers..you can take bus from outside of the hotel or you can take metro train from near the hotel...Marina bay sands is nearby Fullerton Hotel

Taxi is convenient, it only cost about 20 SGD from airport.
