Temple Grill

Amazing food options! Menu is small enough to not overwhelm while still having many options. The salads are ENORMOUS! Weekly specials are great options and very filling, yet the sandwiches and wraps are packed with delicious and healthy options too. Nothing bad to say here! Service was very attentive and helpful.

My wife and I went to the Temple Grill on New Year's Eve for the first time and loved it. The menu has a great mix of entrees from burgers to steaks and seafood. Tonight we went back for Birthday celebration and had another great meal. Try the steamed clams, oh my sooo good!! Make a reservation and be ready for great meal!!

Very nice place for lunch. Got in quick and our server was very good. I would definitely go back and recommend it to others.

This spot is worth trying. They serve big portions for convenient rates. Always well kept and with great vibes. Would recommend to others.

This place has excellent food and a 2008 playlist that any millennial will be unable to resist bopping to but the real gem of this place is the bartender.....holy hell!!!! Dude is a master of his craft and knows how to really make amazing drinks. My favorite versions of a few drinks are made by this gift to earth. Literally try him with anything, hell knock your socks off. I'm never in New Haven but heard about him and had to see it for myself....honestly thought I'd only be able to get that level of drink at one of those decrepit Italian clubs on the jersey coast, but here we are !!! Needless to say I can't stop recommending this place. Only caveat I'll add is that this place is definitely not a club, so don't expect dancing. Great spot to start or end a night when you're trying to kick up or wind down !

The chicken sandwich was delicious and the atmosphere was really cozy. This place was a very nice experience.

I stayed at the Omni Hotel across the street and I always prefer a local restaurant so I chose Temple Grill. It's a nice, cozy spot with an ample bar and was buzzing with a happy hour crowd. The food was great and the portions were beyond amazing so you certainly get what you pay for. I would give the place 5 stars but the bartender was admittedly hung over after staying over the night before and getting polluted on Tequila out of some fancy bottle that had to be two feet tall. She spent most of the time yawning and sitting at a table near the door chatting with a friend. She would have been better served to just call out sick and let someone else step in. That being said, I'll still go back if I'm ever in New Haven again on business.

Excellent food, very large portions. Best salads in New Haven as well. Great cocktails and an excellent waitstaff! Reasonably priced as well!

Grilled Meat Loaf!! First time ever and it was incredible.

Comfort food and a great selection of craft beers and wines. Great place to catch up with old friends or make some new ones.
