The jerk chicken was tasty but very dry and the rice was delicious. Id rather the portions were smaller and cheaper.

I had the honey garlic ribs. Honestly, one of the best meals I've ever had. Keep it up, Ted!

Finger licking good! If you are a spicy or caribbean food lover this is a must in T Bay Jerk chicken my fave by far but everything else in the menu is really good as well. Generous portions and any time you go there is like being home having home cooked meal. Don't miss out on this one!

Respect! One of Thunderbay's true gems! Real yes I said real Jamaican patties! Perfect rice and peas, hot pork ,sweet ribs , curry chicken all goes well with ginger beer! Never short on quantities he has to force the take out box shut! Best of all Ted cares about his customers and shows it! Thank you brother ( fist pump) I'll see you again soon!

Go and try it. Finally tried Ted's kitchen and the food is amazing. Portion sizes are huge it took everything not to spill any as I scooped it out of the takeout container. The jerk chicken was really good. It was spicy but not overly so allowing you to taste all the flavors. However the real surprise was the soup. Definitely a new favorite of mine all I can say is try it.

Great service and great food; jerk chicken is cooked slowly and each bite is tender. Rice and peas is perfectly cooked and not too salty. Generous portions and the hot sauce is a MUST have. I just wished the packaging used for to-go food would be of better quality - I found it difficult to eat out of it without making a mess. This is also part of the experience. Nonetheless, the food is absolutely fantastic. Be sure to try the Patty, it is not your traditional jamaica patty you see elsewhere. Delicious dough and heavy portion of beef or chicken inside. Spiced to perfection. Parking is accessible on site and it appears there is outdoor area to eat during the summer. Must have in Thunder Bay! Thank you for the great meal.

Been eating Ted's kitchen for almost 7 years now. Food is fresh and you can taste the passion in the cooking. Always a great experience.

Fantastic meal with a phenomenal cook! I had the Jerk Chicken, my husband had the Jerk Pork. Our experience was wonderful, looking forward to bringing our grown daughters next summer! We are from Central Michigan, next summer can't come soon enough.
