If it wasn't cold it was burnt- barely adequate.extremely disappointing. Go somewhere else unless you have money to burn and would play Russian roulette with salmonella.

Absolutely terrible customer service! The tall male waiter is horrible. He was on his phone and we had to ask someone to get his attention to take our order. He never said hello or introduced himself to us. He took our order and kept saying “yup.” He sighed when he delivered the food, clearly annoyed. We felt like we were inconviencing him the whole time. He never checked on us to ask how the food was or refilled our drinks. He basically ignored us the whole time we were there. This was the worst customer service I have ever received in a restauraunt. I do not recommend this place!

The bathrooms were dirty, kitchen was dirty, service stunk. Don't waste your money. This place should be shutdown,

Called to order and was berated by the cranky manager guy. Waited 70 minutes for seriously cold and nasty tasting food. I’ve never left a bad review for anything, but frankly this place needs to go away. Gave it another chance after many years, it’s still bad.

They served my husband RAW chicken!! I ordered sushi combo and the rice was crunchy and it was not right. I ordered the spicy combo and it wasn't spicy or made correct

Love the food here. Have been going for years. However, you might want to skip the rest rooms....

Though there are fancier sushi places, I find the fish here is always tender and never has a less than easy to eat, or less than tasty, slice on the platter. Spring rolls are perfect, not greasy, not too cabbage filled. It was my first sushi experience and I've been to many others that add all sorts of flourishes, but I've started going back to Teapot for its simple goodness.

The food is great. The seating isn't jam up together. Nice music..The people are nice, polite and very easy to talk. Fun and smiles.

Extremely bad customer service. Food had no flavor and the manager was extremely rude when we asked if they could take it back to the kitchen to add more spice. Won’t be back.

A nice little place to get Chinese and sushi. Quaint in the warmer weather when you can sit in front with the walls opened up to the street. Great deals on lunch specials.
