Really disappointing. Not many vegan options and the one that I got was really bad; I didn't even end up finishing it. Won't go back.

AMAZING! I wish I would give this place 10 stars. They stock a wide range of teas from White and Green to Oolong and Black. Great selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options that both veggie and meat lovers would enjoy. For food, we order Vegan Cheeseburger, Okonomiyaki (savory scallion pancake) and a side of Broccoli Tots and for drinks, we ordered a Moroccan mint iced teas (unsweetened). Every bit and sip was superb! Excellent place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is a must for local and out of owners.

Pleasant, nice place to grab a meal or hang out. I had an iced chai tea which was delicious, and their tea collection in general seemed great. I had the okonomiyaki with a vegetable kabob for dinner and it was delicious! Freshly-made and very filling. There's not a ton of seating and some people take up a lot of space (and it also seemed like a lot of people come and stay for a while, doing work or chatting) but we were still able to find a table fairly quickly with a little patience. I would definitely come back!

Great selection of premium teas. On a hot day the jasmine pearl tea, iced was just the right level of intensity of flavor while providing thirst quenching refreshment. Loved the ginger scones with bits of candied ginger as well.

Excellent option for tea and food. The upstairs is quite lovely and the location feels very home like. Absolutely love coming here to chat and drink tea with friends.

This place has great ambiance downstairs. Upstairs smelled like bleach or some other cleaning product. It didn’t used to smell like that. Also I’ve ordered the udon soup for years and just recently they changed the noodles, which were the only reason I ordered this soup in the past. Now the noodles don’t seem homemade and are much thinner like soba noodles. Not worth the price tag.

Had a lovely lunch at the Dupont Teaism with a friend recently. I've been to this location multiple times and always have a wonderful experience. The pancakes I got this time were amazing - tasted like something my grandparents would have made for me at home! And the bubble tea was, of course, great too.

(Vegan review) Creative dishes and very vegan friendly. Food was good but I'd probably try other dishes if I return. The curry lentil soup was very good and had a nice flavor to it. The black bean cake bento box was a lot colder than I expected overall. The black bean cake had a good flavor to, especially when paired with the rice and pickled onions) but I wasn't crazy about the sauce on the sweet potatoes (and I usually love sweet potatoes). The server strongly recommended the udon soup but I didn't feel like that at the time. I may consider it if I'm ever back in town. The tea (I had a lemon mint) was very delightful and simple syrup as well as sugar in the raw was available to sweeten. It can get very crowded quite quickly and the layout makes that difficult to maneuver. Just be patient through the commotion. Seating is limited and tight on the first level but there appeared to be additional seating on a second level that I didn't venture to explore.

Friendly staff and healthy but tasty food, not to mention a wide selection of teas! There’s a street view from the second floor.

Love the tea selection, the food, and the energy. As a tea drinker it’s nice to have a place to go with such a vast selection, though I’m partial to the chai.

The service is good and the food arrives pretty quickly. I've tried everything from the vegan bento box to tea the dream salad to the tempeh scramble to what I'm posting pics of: avo/tomato combo, chopped salad and ginger scones. Great value for what I got, especially the ginger scones. I only expected one but got two. The description of the chopped salad and avocado is much more simple than what is actually served. Together the two appetizers mad a great lunch and the (vegan!) Ginger scones we're icing on top. I recommend downloading the 5 Stars app to get regular freebies.

My students ask to go to Teaism on a weekly basis, and each time, the atmosphere is welcoming. Whether you choose the warm ginger scones, the perfect chai, or the tea time offerings, I highly recommend you make a stop here!
