Tea Garden is always our go-to for high quality Chinese takeout on those nights where cooking just can’t get done. Their food is always amazing, the staff kind, and you will always walk out feeling good about your decision.

By far my favorite Chinese and possible take out in general, all of its on point.Highly recommend steamed dumplings and general tsos chicken!

Phenomenal. My absolute favorite Chinese food place. I hook everyone I recommend to. Friendly staff, quick service, just enough portion. Best to go during their lunch special and get a few dollars off because it's a total steal! Try it if you haven't.

I was very disappointed with my take out order from the Tea Garden last night. The quality was poor and the portion size has been reduced. My Bang Bang beef was mostly onions!I also ordered Vietnamese egg rolls which were of poor quality as they contained gristly beef.The large size order comes in a plastic container that holds 24 oz...far less than- that the typical quart size (32 oz) of most other Chinese restaurants. Finally, they forgot my order of crab rangoons.

I was blown away. I called in my order, drove down to get it, walked in, it was ready, it was hot, the portions were huge, and they really know their market, because the take out containers were perfect for stacking and storing instead of the usual paper boxes. The food was delicious, not the usual over sauced deep fried stuff with veggies from a can. It kept well overnight and made for a great lunch the next day, which is awesome for the value of a takeout place.

I am always in such joy knowing that I'm picking up food from Tea Garden! It's my Go-to! Don't take my word for it, try it yourself! Cheapest lunch specials with a nice portion!

This is a great chinese spot. Go at lunch or dinner and they offer a combo. It’s such a good deal. The food quality is very good. If you use cash they will give you free crab rangoons. Great friendly staff.

The food was amazing unique recipes. quick friendly service. I was visiting from out of town and am very impressed we fed 3 adults and a child well, with leftovers for $40 (35+5tip) i have worked many years in the restaraunt industry and actually was not dissapointed to pay for this meal!

It's cheap and the food is decent. You get EXACTLY what you pay for in quality. It makes a good lunch but it's far from gourmet. But hey, the food is good for what it is and it's quick.

Not good at all.. nothing tasted fresh like it had been sitting out all day. Definitely the worst Chinese food I’ve had here in Grand Rapids. Yummy wok and Wasabi sushi & Chinese are better

My go-to when it comes to takeout in Grand Rapids. Prices reflect quality but I have never gotten sick from this place. Very friendly staff, fast service, and super cute kids behind the counter!
