Traveling through Charlotte airport today and wanted to refresh for the next leg of my journey. NSA frozen yogurt sounded like a great idea. A couple of options available but thought go main brand, better chance of getting NSA.Wrong 🙁Not only was there no NSA yogurt but they looked at me like an alien from The Avengers for even asking if they had one.Come on TCBY.... get up to speed. The world is advancing and you’re getting left behind with your old world menu.NSA is not some niche, funky, off the beaten path concept, it’s mainstream, in demand, everyday and if you don't have it, we’re getting it somewhere else. Oh yeah, that’s right, I forgot.... walked round the corner and grabbed me a NSA yogurt from Pinkberry.See how that’s working for you

I was thrilled to find TCBY in the Charlotte Airport. We used to have one in Salem, VA but if closed many years ago. The best frozen yogurt!!!

Do not have like have the things on the menu. Staff really could not care or at least do not seem like it. Does not really have a clean or particularly appealing look. And, it literally takes at least twice as long as it should when there is a line. I only give 2 stars because I typically give airport locations an extra star because they are expected to be worse.

Stopped by the terminal location wanted to grab a frozen yogurt they only had one flavor available so I settled for a smoothie instead. Employee was helpful with recommendations made small talk and was pleasant. Smoothie was good had the Strawberry bananza. Would recommend.

I would have given 0 stars if possible. I Stopped by TCBY to get a quick cup of frozen yogurt. Nothing on it and the lady told me she couldn’t get it for me bc she is on break... and to go to the counter next door... so I did and she said she’s is the only person working at that counter so she can’t get it... even though there was no one in her line... And the counter is 2 ft away. I guess whoever is the owner of that particular TCBY doesn’t care if they make any money with people like that working there... it would have taken less than a minute but ok... it’s comical to me as someone who is not only in customer service but owns my own business that you allow that. I guess in a busy airport you can turn away as many people as you like... 😂

Literally the worst milkshake you can buy. It’s just icecream and milk it’s almost impossible to make it bad. Yet here we are. You managed to screw up the easiest dessert there is.

Went to get a shiver for the first time in years. The staff member didn't even bother to get off her ass and when we said we wanted a shiver she said the machine was broken. Then while we were looking to see if we wanted something else she went next door and started up a conversation so after waiting a minute or two we just walked away. Rude, lazy staff, inoperative equipment , its no wonder TCBY has taken a nose dive. Its sad, they used to be our favorite.
