Hidden gem! Very busy so make a booking if possible. Pasta and pizza were both good. Calamari was fresh.

Great place for tapas and woodfired pizza. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good for singles too!

Frankly one of the best italian restaurant in the area that I have been to. Reasonable prices and the ambience is great, service as well. A must go. The decor is fantastic by the way. Enjoy!

Cozy Italian spot with amazing food and service. Me and friend walked in with no reservations and waiting time was almost an hour. But the owner was so considerate he walked out of the restaurant to get us back in and offered a spot at the bar. Wood fired oven pizza with fresh mozzarella cheese is a must try here. Love the vibe of the restaurant! Would recommend this place for a good date night😊

It has a nice open family environment and the music is nice and relaxing. I give three stars because the crab risotto I ordered had no crab whatsoever and I was literally just eating creamy rice. Also they only have wine and beer which was a bit disappointing for me because I don't like either I prefer liquors.

Great restaurant. With a neighborhood feel. The food was perfect, service was great. And our waiter had great knowledge of the menu. And the bread never stopped coming. You owe it to yourself to eat here.

The food was wonderful, but the service was lacking. We asked the server for recommendations and he seemed irritated. The place wasn't very busy. He stood at the rear of the restaurant leaning against the back of the bar. Thankfully another server delivered our food and she was much nicer. We had the Margherita Pizza and the Grilled Chicken with salad. The food was very savory and flavorful. Although we loved the food, we won't return because of the bad service

Myself and my girlfriend went there and were sandwiched in between other couples to the point my elbows were nearly touching the guys next to me, not private by any means. We were given the menu instantly after sitting down and it must have been no more than a minute before we were asked if we were ready to order, no I replied, 30 seconds later, the same question, no i replied, no joke but another 30 seconds he was back so under pressure we ordered. Starters came and to be fair were nice, the only problem was halfway through them the waiter turned up with our main (a pizza to share) and proceeded to try and find space on an already small and full table to put it on, in the end I saved him his troubles and handed back my half eaten starter to make room. I'm not one for dragging it out in restaurants but we were in and out of the place in no more than 25 minutes and 60 dollars lighter. Service should be attentive and good but this was ridiculous.

Good food. Pizza was good. It was fairly dark inside which gave it a good atmosphere. Not a touristy feel to the place. Service was good.

Second time here and loved it! Doug at the bar was wonderful. Very homey, seats 70, smells great and the pizza oven means I'm comfy in a tank top in late January! BonusGreat glass is moltepulciano, great marinated Olives and wild mushrooms over pasta. Simple, flavorful and they will put cheese on more than once if you ask nicely.Owner also has a BBQ place a few doors down, which I would long to the while I'm here. Full bar, where Tavola only does beer and wine.

We went in to celebrate our 32nd anniversary. Just walking and trying to decide on a place. Everything smelled amazing and went in. It was incredible! Super helpful and friendly staff, amazing food and clean. Thank you for making our dinner special!

Hands down the best out of 5 pizza restaurants in Manhattan. Terrific people and atmosphere. From Boise , I felt so comfortable. The food is the best. I will return and bringing more customers with me. 5 star all around.
