Been going here for years and the quality is always amazing! For $2.50 you can get a regular size bubble tea with tapioca included. Or upgrade to a large for $3.50! Staff is also great. I've known the women working there for years and she's super friendly! Check it out!

I've been going here for years and it will always remain my favourite bubble tea shop, most unique flavours (the only place you can get mint or chocolate mint bubble tea) and the cheapest with the best service and amazing crepes.

The best bubble tea in First Markham Place. At $2.50 a pop, it's great value.

Some of the best bubble tea/drink offerings in the city. You can choose from either real fruit or syrups and they deliver perfectly each time. The owners are also super nice! One of the last remaining cheaper bbtea places of quality.

Great bubble tea for such a low price. Half of the ones at Markville Mall.

Best crepes, bubble tea and hot milk tea! The owners are very nice and the crepes are always made perfectly - the crepe itself is thin as paper and they give you plenty of fruit and ice cream for what you pay! This place has really been consistently great for the past few years and they always have the best prices!

Best bubble tea in town! The drinks are delicious and really worth the price (only $2.50 for bubble teas!). My favourite drink is the mango coconut milk with sago. It is a bit more expensive, but the fresh mangoes are def worth it. :)

My go-to place for curry fishballs if I'm not in the PMall area. It's $5 for 10 and it comes with a bubble tea! They also have free WiFi if you ask for the code. Service here is quick and staff are friendly - think it's family-owned.

Too bad I cannot give 0 stars because this place does not deserve any. First off, their crepes are garbage. They simply make the crepe, and add lots of whip cream and a few pieces of fruits. Talk about being stingy and unoriginal. They're so generous on the whip cream but cheap on the fruits. I can't believe I paid $5 for something that tasted so bland and did not require much effort. At least when I go to other dessert places they add a bit of effort to their crepe. I'd rather go to the chinese dessert place outside near the entrance.

This place specializes in drinks and crepes.Looking for drinks? There's two lists full of different kinds of drinks, from juices to milk tea.Looking for food? There's two lists full of crepes; the sweet kind or the savory kind.Milk tea goes for $2.50 for a regular. Smaller and larger cups are available, but the price is around there.Crepes are also not too bad, around $4.50 for sweet crepes and $5 for meat crepes.I had the regular milk tea with tapioca (topping's free) and a crepe with corn beef, eggs and mushrooms.Crepe was pretty good. Generous amount of filling, and the size of the crepe is comparable to the ones downtown (though of course since you're paying a third of the price there's not AS much filling)For the milk tea, I thought it was alright. Friend said it was good and it tasted just like HK-style milk tea. Given this context, I don't really have anything to compare with since I've never had milk tea in HK.
