They do have plain ginger tea in stock, I'm pretty sure they have plain chamomile as well. However since target frequently changes their products I have been going to the Vitamin Shoppe to buy teas and natural supplements. They have EVERYTHING related to teas and supplements and the people that work there are really helpful and know a lot about their products. It is in the parking lot next to the Panera by Target
