Roses on Valentines Day were not fresh. When I unwrapped them the leaves all fell off and 3 of the buds were broken. The next day I went back and they gave me another bunch. I took them home and the same thing happened. Very disappointed!

Nice place to sit in peace and quiet in the early morning. Most prices are decent, there are good sales, easy to locate items, and employees are helpful.

I shop here for teetree flavored toothpicks, they are always in about the same place, nice and easy to find. The associates are always helpful, there is usually fresh cooked food, and the atmosphere for shopping is lovely. If you have an amazon prime membership there are deals you can get around the store and with their app.

Need a larger store. I have been in many, but this one is very claustrophobic and small. Maybe move to anew place that is more up to date?

The staff is very pleasant, and very helpful. The take out is really good and a lot of choices. The store is clean, bright and cheerful.

This is a nice grocer if you can afford to shop here. In other cities it is much larger and more diverse. Great selection of different fresh and organic items. Nice area for deli selection and bakery. Customer service has been great. Overall, nice whole foods. Pricey, but you know that going there.

Selection is just OK, staff are friendly with the exception of a butcher with pierced ear rings named Ashley. He was nasty and rude and SHOUTED when I asked him about the lamb. He stood out - in a bad way from his colleagues and didn’t seem like a Whole Foods employee. He didn’t seem like he wanted to do his job. Even his colleague apologized on his behalf. Will not return. Too many organic produce shops in Bend with far better customer service.
