This was the best meal of my life. The food was so amazing I forgot about the wine it was pared with. Everyone of my four person party had a great time. Each dish has a story that goes with it about how the dish was thought up of and how the best ingredients were obtained to make it. It goes to show how much care and passion were put into this food.

This was by far the coolest culinary experience we've ever had! We went for our honeymoon and enjoyed the meal with the wine pairing. Each course was better than the last and each was its own experience. Couldn't recommend it more!

One of the most interesting meals I’ve ever had. The food was tasty and innovative and the techniques fun and surprising. You’ll be seated at a bar at the kitchen watching the chef prepare your meal as he explains his process and philosophy. A mix of french and Japanese influences mostly, all with a fun twist. The menu was presented on a measuring tape if that’s any indication of how unconventional this meal is. The only thing I didn’t like was a “Peking duck†where the “skin†was actually bean curd. The crispy skin is the best part of Peking duck so not something that should be messed with for the sake of experimentation at the expense of flavour.
