Tansoshii Japanese Restaurant

I order from the Japanese menu all the time... delicious... on 2 occasions I ordered from the Chinese menu... they completely missed the mark.

Literally eating in this restaurant as I write this, today I had the black pepper chicken which was great. I’ve been coming here since I moved to the piedmont area 10 years ago. The owners are some of the nicest people and have a great blend of both Chinese and Japanese food. For the price, this place is hard to beat, high quality with just enough quantity, this isn’t your neighborhood “china wok”. The scallion chicken is one of my favorites, and I never miss out on getting a bowl of their miso soup. Don’t sleep on this place, stop by next time you’re around. You won’t regret it.

I've been ordering from this restaurant since 2010, and I can say with absolution that I have NEVER been dissatisfied! The delivery guy is like an old friend. We order from work, I order from home and I love their food! It's soooo tasty! I'm just about to order right now 😋

I got the mu shoo chicken. I haven't had decent mu shoo in well over a decade. It was great, although I could have used double the plum sauce. Highly recommend this place but I noticed more people call in for take out than eat in.

I love Tanoshii chicken and fried rice so much I haven’t had anything else! I usually like to get the kids entree because the regular plate is just too much!
