The employees of this restaurant are the rudest and offer the WORST service I have ever seen in my life. I simply called to see what time they are open until and the lady hung up on me twice and told me not to call her back. When I was ready to place my order I called back from a different number and SHOCKER they were closed, which was the exact thing I was trying to avoid. This is not the first time I had a bad experience with this restaurant. THEY ARE UNBELIEVABLE RUDE. Avoid at all possible causes. If zeros stars were an option, i would of put 0. 😑

One of the worst Chinese places in the area. • FOOD - not good food ordered General Tso’s the meat was chewy over cooked and heavily breaded. Wontons were some of the worst I have ever had. Soup was not good.• PRICES - average prices for Chinese takeout menus although charged extra dollar for soup instead of egg roll and charged extra for duck sauce.• limited seating but nicer than some takeout places.

Paid extra $20 to have Doordash deliver to me. Order didn’t come with fried rice I ordered (charged extra for it). Called and they said they don’t have drivers and that I’d need to pick it up. Refund not offered. Went there and picked up fried rice and asked if they could throw me a bone (an egg roll for my trouble or something). Told me no and walked in the back. Food is average.

Tans is the best Chinese food in the area. We like to eat in the restaurant. Very nice people.

Best Chinese food I found since moving to the area.

This is not the best Chinese Restaurant in the area by far. I have been unhappy each of the 3 times I've been there as the food is bland and boring. Go next door to Tan's other restaurant, Makoto for the best Japanese food in the area. Sorry, Tan.

Worst Chinese food ever! Gave the waitress the money for the bill and she kept the change without asking! Chicken lomein.. chicken was rubbery. Will never go back.

Good food and service my kid eat their food that says alot

Our order was filled quickly. Everything was hot. The egg rolls were decent. Thats where the positive things end. The egg drop soup had almost no flavor. The General Chicken was nothing great. The chicken and broccoli had very little chicken. There were honestly 4 little pieces. We ordered lunch portions, but this was not acceptable.

When I first moved here Tans was the best but lately they seem to be not as caring for their customers. I went only once to eat in and their lo mein was quite sweet and not very enjoyable
