Every year I come here to buy their divinity. It's as close to homemade that I can't find anywhere else but this year I ordered a tin only to be called & told they were out. What happened to customer service especially at Christmas? They could have made some even if it was after Christmas. I ordered 2 pounds online for the price I would have paid for 2 dozen pieces. I have been a customer for many years & this is how I was treated. I won't be spending my money here. I moved to Baldwin County but I still made the drive for the divinity.

My 80 year old mother went into the store and placed a Christmas order for my brother and I on Dec 14th. My brother who lives in California got his before Christmas, I still haven't received mine (12/31/18) l called and spoke to the manager on December 26th and she told me that the order was returned and back in Mobile, she said that as soon as they get it back they can resend it to me???? (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE)she said that my mother must have given them the wrong address over the phone, my mom actually WROTE IT DOWN IN LARGE LETTERS AND HANDED IT TO THE CLERK, she has mailed me numerous things and I have gotten every single one of them. I asked if my mother could be compensated for the trouble and their mishap and was told she could get a %10 discount on her next order. Thats not going to happen...I would have given them no stars for their terrible customer service but can't. Maybe I'll get mine by next Christmas.

My brother sent me a tin of roasted, salted mixed nuts. They are perfection! I'm ordering more. What a treat!

Excellent service, Super friendly staff, pralines and all candies are NO 1 in flavor. They are the best pecan and pralines store to buy from.
