at first, I thought the building looked old from the outside. But it has various stores inside, good place for window shopping and hang out with friends. Once I visited here for last minute souvenir-shopping and nailed it ;)

Near the 2nd floor food court, it is right next to the candy shop.
It was 2F of ion, but it was up to 11/19.
It is not open outside the specialty store. It was hard to find the entrance from the parking lot. I also had a hard time entering the shop because the south exit of the station was unable to pass due to construction work.
