Ordinarily I would give any train station in Japan 5 stars, but the station guard here was very rude and did not give us a chance to explain our situation before shunning us off.Thankfully we had another kind guard who stepped in to help us with the situation. This lady guard gets 5 stars hands down for the spectacular service, but her co-worker 1 star. Hence the 3 star review.
