In the midst of snowy Hakuba, this has to be the best ramen you can find! Would deserve a 5 star if not because the crowd’s mainly foreigners who sit and eat and drink at their tables way too long... This is Japan folks!

What a great wee place. Really good food, nice wee family run joint. The ramen was great, probably over ordered on the gyozas, but going ot head back to try more of the food on offer

Savory noodles and broth. Went 2 days in a row. Small place but service is quick and a spot opens fast.

A quint family run ramen shop that specialises in Soy, tantanmen ramen and gyoza. It may not be the best ramen you've had and make no mistake, it won't come close however it's the best ramen place in Echoland so that'll count for something. Be sure to come early as the seating area is small, so often patrons will have to wait outside for a table.

Loved it - spicy noodles, miso ramen, and the gyozas were seriously amazing! Beautiful service, cosy atmosphere.

Small ramen shop in Echoland and probably the best ramen I had here so far. The service is top knot here and you must try their cabbage pork gyoza and it’s so damn good! Also, we ordered soya ramen and the charsiu pork is very well cooked and the broth is just the way I like it: Not too salty and not too rich. Just right amount of flavors to make u drink the whole soup and not feel so terrible about yourself.

Awesome Ramen and more importantly, the condiments. Like all places in Japan, very small and not great for large groups, but that's the charm of them.

Good authentic ramen noodles. We ordered tantan spicy noodles, tonkatsu ramen, and gyozas. Small menu selection but everything tastes fresh and delicious after tiring day on the slopes. There are only 5 tables and some bar seats but the line goes pretty quickly. Friendly service
