Their combination boxes are a good value, rice, some protein, vegetables, and an egg for about six bucks. Try the taro milk tea slush.

Customers were rude and were clearly laughing at me and my family! The food is really good, but the service was really really really slow! The customers that came after us got their food before us and I was already having a bad day! They even got the wrong number literally misunderstood the order it was supposed to be a seaweed salad instead gave us squid salad!

I love this place I come here all the time for their drinks which they gave me a stamp card for so I could get a free drink later down the road! Also, their food is very good and is defiantly worth coming here over and over c:

Food is decent, place is clean and food is served quickly (at least in the evening, when we came). Waiters are so shy they practically whisper. Not a memorable experience, but that's also not what they're going for either. Shop the market and come get a quick bite here.

The food was absolutely magnificent. My girlfriend is Taiwanese, and it was so far the best she has ever tried in the states. Beef-noodle soup, intestines, Ba-wan, pig ear, twice cooked pork, and mapo tofu were all amazing. There's nothing that we don't like in there yet. The waitresses are polite, responsive and the price was reasonable. Comparing to other Asian food restaurants, Taiwan Food Express is relatively cheap. **HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**

I am Taiwanese and I can say that they're definitely the most Taiwanese restaurant out of Taiwan that I've ever eaten till now. Their services are nice, food amount is pretty big. It's better when the restaurant isn't that crowded. But over all, I can stop going!!
