High quality in every dimension. Udon broth is very delicate, very flavorful. Not only Udon, there are several small dishes that go very well with Japanese Sake. Of course they have good selections of famous Japanese Sake. :-) They also create fusion Udon in pasta style, e.g. carbonara etc. Good service, with English menu. You won’t be disappointed.

My girlfriend and I are both vegetarian, and we had the best vegan set. We ordered the vegan set that came with 4 side dishes (tofu, soy beans, lotus root balls and tempura). It was absolutely delicious! On top of this, we got the vegan udon, which was amazing. The best part was that two of the waiters spoke perfect English! Also, we ordered a beer and it was poured to perfection, and was the smoothest beer I've ever had in Japan. Highly recommend this place for both vegans and vegetarians (as well as meat eaters). Definitely a must when visiting Hiroshima or authentic Japanese food.

We got there 40 minutes before closing time and were told that they ran out.But the waiter got back quickly saying they'd manage somehow, which is reason enough to give a good review. The vegan Udon was delicious and the staff very nice.
